The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We understand that orthodontic treatment is a significant investment, so we offer several convenient payment options.
Our goal is to make your orthodontic treatment financially feasible. We’ll work with you to identify the best option for your budget and your smile. We will openly discuss all treatment and financial options with you during your initial consultation.
Feel free to ask any and all questions that come to mind; we’re here to help! Once you begin your treatment, we’ll even submit your insurance claims for you. We do our best to make your orthodontic treatment comfortable and convenient.
We accept cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and CareCredit® (a dental credit card). In addition, we have in-office, interest-free payment plan options that feature monthly payments over the course of your orthodontic treatment. These payments are conveniently made through automatic debit or CareCredit.
We accept many dental insurance plans and are happy to help you understand your benefits. As a courtesy, our office will submit insurance claims on your behalf once treatment has begun. Because insurance policies vary, we will review your policy to determine the appropriate course of action.

- A refund may be requested from Rad Orthodontics if orthodontic treatment is discontinued or not commenced for any reason.
- Rad Orthodontics will refund payments made for orthodontic and diagnostic services that have not yet been provided.
- Refunds can only be processed to the responsible billing party as outlined on the signed consent form and contract.
- A refund will be available once the final account to date has been settled and there are no unprocessed payments. Any refund would normally be credited back in the original form of payment, except for cash payments, which would be refunded by check.
How to request a refund
Contact Rad Orthodontics by telephone, email or regular mail. Ask for our Financial Coordinator and Business Manager Mrs. Julia Teixeira. Please note that third parties and credit cards may take some time to show the refund in your account.
